The Lunch Lady Group Inc. is a network of Community-Based Franchised Kitchens, supervised by a very active and involved Head Office. The Head office does a lot of the behind the scenes work so that Lunch Lady kitchens can focus on delivering the best service possible to the school communities they serve. Head Office responsibilities include operations, marketing, management, franchise development, and much more!

Our Kitchens

The Lunch Lady is more than a wonderful Hot Lunch Service for kids at school, it is also a great place to work. Behind each Lunch Lady Franchisee, there is a great team of Lunch Lady Helpers who support the kitchen. Many of our Helpers are moms who require a flexible work schedule and part-time hours. We have some excellent Lunch Guys as well!! As the Company grows, we are always looking for enthusiastic people to help us deliver our program to school communities. While duties vary from kitchen to kitchen, Helpers are trained in all aspects of preparation and delivery. No prior experience is necessary but a ready smile is always essential.
